Last night I was with a friend and we talked a lot about those good old games we loved so much!

I remembered some good PS1 games with which I had a lot of fun. Just a few titles that came to my mind: Medievil, Spyro (all 3), Crash Bandicoot (all 3 also), Tomb Raider (my favourite was the 3rd, but I didn't play all of them) and many more.

What were your favourite classics, PSX or any consoles ? (outside of SF of course!)

Classics I got FF1 to FFX-2! I call 1-6 classics.
Secret of Mana, Secret of Evermore. I got a lot of old school games and still play them.

It's a shame they never released MGS: Integral in North America. Well at least it contains nothing we can't find. Just have to buy two games instead of one.

It's been a while since I played MGS VR Missions, but I never owned it so I would have to look for a used copy on the Internet or something like that. I remember I liked some of those missions a lot, like the "Mystery" series! Especialy the last one (for those of you who remember)! I won't blow the punch away, but I really got fooled the first time I did it!

Mate I am the unofficial MGS: Integral expert, just check out my comical topic at GameFAQs.com and you will see. It’s also like an evolution of my posting since joining the GameFAQs.com message boards. Well, it’s actually quite ridiculous, but it is comical in my opinion.

I'd really like to get my hands on a used copy of VR Missions. But I'd also like to try MGS2: Substance. I have Sons of Liberty, but I never had the chance to try the VR Missions from Substance. Have you tried them? Are they similar to the good old VR Missions from MGS Integral?

Yes, I have MGS2: Substance and I recommend getting it if you can. The main VR missions are back including some new one’s that are quite different, but some of the more unique missions from Integral are not. Like having to plant a C4 charge on the back of a guard or punching an enemy soldier into another soldier and knocking them both out.

This reminds me that I haven’t done all of the VR missions yet (there’s about 500 of them), probably because it takes a long time to do them all (apparently about 50 hours of play is needed for the VR missions alone).

The thing is I would have to sell Sons of Liberty first.

I easily believe that VR Missions take 50 hours to complete. We were two trying to beat it (a friend and I) and we couldn't do it in one week (we only had rented the game).

I have both Substance and SOL and I admit I haven't played SOL in quite a while but I will never sell it, mainly because the PAL release has a bonus disc with a documentary about the making of SOL on it and a few more extras that aren't on the bonus disc that comes with Substance.

Because you didn't get the bonus disc I can understand why you would want to sell it, but it's still a classic that I think you should keep in your collection for a few more years.

I'll probably keep SOL for a long time, because I'm not planning on buying Substance soon.

What about MGS3: Snake Eater. Have you got that game?

I would recommend this game to everyone, it was a brilliant improvement to the MGS series in my opinion. I can’t wait for MGS3: Subsistance.

Let's talk about it... i played the remake "Wildfire" and he's awfull, first, the sounds of the weapons are horribly loud and are not synchronized with them. Second, the ennemies are 5 times better than your mercs at the begining (and 5 times numberer...), so i weren't even able to seize the first town... And the maps have alse been modified and it doesn't look like a third world country anymore... It's a terrible waste as the game was really pretty and more realistic (the dragunov doesn't shoot those stupid 7.62*39mm bullets anymore...)....

Another thing : i've intalled Operation Flashpoint again last week, i've forgotten how freaking wonderfull that game was.I've didn't played that game for barly 2 years and at that time i was incredibely bad at tac shooters... (but now it's time for my revenge  )

I've never played it, which is a little weird considering that I’ve played almost all of the great PSX games.

Isn't it a PC game?

By the way, I did a quick research because I didn't know this game, and I found no Jagged Alliance 2 released before november 30 2000... :?

Well I didn't even know this game. But I looked for info on GameSpot.
