I'd like to know your thoughts on these new sections I'd like to add soon (see French section for a preview).

Characters:
It's a list of all the characters in the game (from the more important to those that you probably don't know!).

How should I order the list? Should I create sub-menus to classify the names (by game which they appear in, by "role" -e.i. good guys, bad guys-, ...) ?
What info should be given on each character (name, sex, nationality, game description -if available-, etc.) ?
Pictures? What kind (profile picture -not available for minor characters-, in-game pictures -easier to get-, ...) ?

Equipment:
A list, similar to the one for the characters, including all the weapons and gadget offered in the game.

Again, how to order the list? (just a simple list with all weapons would probably be too long for one page)
Is it useful to include the game description?
Should I include my personnal appreciation of the weapon?
Pictures? (and where to get them!)
Other infos (or features, like a poll for people to select their favourite weapon)?

I appreciate your contribution, it is very important to me. :)

That is an excelent idea, and i will help you on wathever you nead.

I think you can order ther characters by 1st good people and then the evil ones. Each one in the order they appear in the series, so that sould be the same that order them by its importance.

Hmm you can put all you can get (name, sex, nationality, born place) all you can get, and describe a little something of that character, because there are some ones that we don't know so much so you can say fot what did he or she appeared in the game.

There is one page that has all the information of all of them.

And the Weapons the same, my opinion is to put them all in the order they appear in the games, and you must say in what games appears this weapon, to each one. And of course put how much fire rate it has, damage and the description of the weapon that is on the game (the original one) and maybe you can put some short additional information that only good players know about the weapons of tha games, like "this weapon is a good choice fot this kind of situation in the game" or things like that.

But know i remember TOS weapons are a lot... well if you want to put all of them will be great but it is a big work.

Yeah, i know that creating all the pages and gathering all the info needed will be a lot of work. Not to mention the images I'll have to look for.

Btw, you can take a look at a preview page I made here. (unfortunately it's in French, but it shouldn't cause you any trouble, you'll still be able to see what it will look like)

Give me your thoughts on it.

Ok. The information is perfect. With the description it will be complete.

I think the image of Gabe sould be up of the info. And the image can be a front view from Gabe like ur image of him with the 9mm.

Yeah the image I took was the first one I found, it's just for the example.

But I'd like to have images from different situations, some in-game, some from the cutscenes or from wallpapers. Any kind of pics so that we get a good overview of the caracter's role in the game. For minor characters that only appear once in the game (like the Yakuza men in Tokyo from SF: TOS), only one pic would already be great. The thing is I haven't figure yet a way to take those pictures myself.

I know how to... in youtube search in the walkthroughs of those games... so when the the character appears in cutscenes or in game you press the button "prt sc" and you take the image you cut uit in paint and there it is... I can help you with the ps1 ones but not psp cause y dont know very good its characters. Just tell me what character you want and I'll search.

Yeah, actually it ain't a bad idea...
The only concern is the quality, since generaly those videos on youtube are in low resolution...

I already tried. Check the French section again, I added some pictures taken off videos from youtube. Quality is so-so as I expected.

But I found another way to get pictures, at least from the video sequences in the game. I have a small program called PSMPlay that allows you to see the video sequences of a PS1 game. That being said, it does not allow me to get images from in-game sequences or from games on the more recent consoles (PS2 and PSP). For these, I will have to rely on youtube.

Its great. But put a principal image of the character above the info.

Yeah, somebody else made this suggestion too, so I shall be working on it.

My video walkthroughs are in higher quality than the PS1 itself. Even if it's youtube.

For higher quality video's paste this behind the url of the video:
&fmt=18

Yeah that seems to work. Thanks! It will be especially useful for in-game pictures.
