All On Syphon Filter

I thought it was in one of the SF games, but I was wrong. It's hard to remember the game exactly...I just know I played it. Maybe someone else has played it here too...I can remember like 2 levels and that's it (hopefully they're from the same game ;_;).

Okay, first off, there's a level involving you on a ship of sorts and you have to kill off various sailor dudes...(and I think terrioists), you could find a flame thrower and torch the hell out of people and they ran around in agonizing pain util they finaly died. Also at like the end of the level, you run into this guy who's holding a person hostage and you have a limmited amount of time to blow out his brains before he kills the hostage. My memory is very hazy on this level...as in the next one I'm about to describe.

The next level takes place in a very snowy region, the level is really huge and I think you have to disable some communications device (it's attached to an RV I believe). There's tons and tons of guys with guns that you have to wipe out, and later on you go into this town like area...and you save this guy who's strapped to a chair while some of the bad dudes are trying to interriogate him. Afterwards a tank (yes, a tank), appears in the middle of the square and you have to DODGE the shots fired off at you. Then there's like this thing you throw at the tank to defeat it but I can't remember...also the bad guys keep responding here.

This game has been in my memory for some time now and it's really been bothering me...if anyone has played this and figure out what I'm rambling on about, please respond.

I don't have a clue on what that game might be. Perhaps my video game culture is too limited.

I really have no idea what kind of game that would be.
